Introduction and Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between players who use the services on kyato2's website (kyato2.run) and its platform, and us. By accessing this platform, registering an account, or using our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

Age Restrictions and Eligibility

2 Who Can Use the Service

  • kyato2's services are available to adults aged 21 and over only.
  • We strictly prohibit anyone under 21 from accessing and playing. We reserve the right to verify age, and in cases where this requirement is not met, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance returned.
  • Access from regions or countries where this platform is prohibited is also not permitted.
  • Each player is allowed to open only one account at kyato2. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

Account Registration and Management

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. kyato2 is not responsible for any issues arising from false or incorrect information provided.

Password Security

You must keep your account login details confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account access.

Account Closure

Identity Verification

kyato2 may request verification of a player's personal information before a withdrawal or at any time. Players are responsible for cooperating with this verification process.

Deposit / Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

Deposits

  • The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks for all payment methods.
  • Payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay.
  • All payment details must be filled in correctly and completely at the time of deposit.
  • Third-party payments are not allowed — the payer and the account holder must be the same person.

Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks.
  • Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawal requests will be returned via the player's original payment method. If that method is unavailable, kyato2 will offer an alternative.
  • Withdrawals from bonus winnings are only permitted after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • If financial fraud is suspected, kyato2 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal and carry out an investigation.

Bonus & Promotion Terms & Conditions

Welcome Bonus — 100% First Deposit Bonus

  • Our welcome bonus matches your first deposit at 100%, up to a maximum bonus amount of 100,000 Ks.
  • Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 40,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
  • Example: Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 320,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks.
  • The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn once this requirement is met.
  • Each bonus can only be claimed once; multiple claims from the same household, IP address, or device are not allowed.
  • If a withdrawal is made after a bonus has been credited, the bonus will be forfeited along with any winnings derived from it.

Other Promotions

  • The specific terms of each promotion will be stated in that promotion's description and apply together with these general terms.
  • If a promotion is found to have been claimed more than once or abused, kyato2 reserves the right to void the bonus and any related winnings.
  • The availability of promotions may be changed or discontinued by kyato2 without prior notice.

VIP Levels & Cashback

VIP Level (5 Tiers) Terms

kyato2 has 5 VIP tiers, and players can advance based on their play history. VIP cashback rates are as follows—

General Gaming Rules

  • A breach of terms and conditions is found
  • Bonus abuse or fraud is suspected
  • Irregular financial activity is under investigation
  • Legal matters arise
